I had an absolutely awesome experience with A&D from start to finish, it couldn't have been easier. We needed to replace our dishwasher, I found what I wanted online and called to purchase it. Mike was super helpful, I didn't even have to come out to the store and paid over the phone! I also purchased installation, Brian was awesome and did a great job. The whole process only took a couple of days, we love our new dishwasher! Pricing was very competitive, I will definitely return when it's time to replace another appliance.

I have purchased all of my appliances at A&D for the last 20 years. I needed a new refrigerator. When I went into the shop the gentleman already had the measurements of my last refrigerator from a prior purchase and had 3 refrigerators ready to show me that would fit into the space in our kitchen. The three were all different price ranges, and I felt no pressure at all to go with the most expensive. Delivery was set up quickly and the men who delivered were respectful, careful and attentive to detail. Service at A&D is also very good.

Three days before Christmas, both our washing machine and our kitchen fridge died. A & D was, as always, responsive and helpful. Our 19 year old refrigerator had very specific cabinet space to fit into, so A & D worked with us to find the best replacement for our needs. Since moving to Norfolk 30 years ago, we have always purchased all our appliances from A & D. Their knowledgeable and service oriented staff are the best. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Our dishwasher died. It had a long life. I went to the A&D website, which was easy to navigate. I saw what was in stock. I drove there the same day, I was greeted by a great guy, Mark, who helped me and within 15 minutes I bought a great feature rich dishwasher and scheduled the install. The install happened the next day. Bryan, the installer was amazing. To go from no dishwasher to having a new one installed in less than 24 hours is just amazing. The pricing was more competitive than any big box stores. The perception that small family owned appliance stores are more money is just a perception. It’s not true. Plus, frankly, I’d rather pay a tad more anyway to support a local business. I would highly recommend A&D for any and all appliances and most importantly the people!

I bought kitchen appliances from A&D Appliance Center in Medfield. The service was excellent. I appreciated having the right amount of appliances from which to choose. Items were reasonably priced. I was informed of the differences between manufacturers and features. Delivery was when I told it would be. The crew installed the appliances. I am happy to support local businesses and A&D didn't disappoint.

This is the second appliance I have bought from A and D in Medfield in the past two years. I bought a Whirlpool washer and I love it. The first was a Whirlpool refrigerator that I needed smack in the middle of covid. I knew just what i wanted and they had the shortest wait period and delivered as promised. I am more than satisfied with their products, sales people and service. Also lowest delivery fee in the area AND no extra fee for removing old appliances. Huge inventory as well...check them out.

When shopping for appliances, we've all become conditioned to thinking about Big Box stores because we 'know' their prices are going to be the lowest because of the volume of goods going through their warehouses; even though it means giving up personal attention and product knowledge. Well, in tiny (12,000 people) Medfield, MA, there's an appliance store that turns that conventional wisdom on its ear. You get the personal attention from folks who know their stuff, yet are selling those name-brand appliances at the same prices as those Big Box stores. And, the installation is done by professionals who genuinely know their stuff, and whose bills don't induce sticker shock. We can’t rave enough about A&d Appliance Center! Our dishwasher had been dying a slow death before finally giving out - not ideal for a household with a food allergy kiddo and a baby, both of whom need all of their items sterilized to ensure safety. Wanting to shop local and support small business, we gave Mark at A&D a call at 9:15am on a Saturday to discuss what we were looking for and their service coverage. Not only did he immediately suggest a Whirlpool model that met all our requirements, has high ratings, and which was in stock (a crucial factor given ongoing pandemic related supply chain issues), but it was on sale with a rebate to boot. Arranged install and haul away of our old unit for following Monday- great, already impressed and relieved. Phone rings 20 min later and their plumber is at the store and had a cancellation, he could come right now if we were home/wanted that. Ummm, yes please! Brian (plumber) arrived 20 minutes later and had the new machine installed and tested, old machine out, cleaned up and gone by roughly 11:15’sh. Just about 2 hours after we first called Mark. Incredible! A week later and the new diswasher has been running great and is even better than our prevous model. Surely a lot of odds worked in our favor here (so please do not get mad if they can't have your appliance installed in 2 hours - I guarantee that they will still exceed the timing, pricing, and service of big box stores) , but we couldn’t be more grateful for their thoughtful service and quick turnaround after describing our situation. Small, family owned businesses for the win - thank you A&D! We will not hesitate to return when it comes time to upgrade our other appliances in the future.

Bought two appliance here in last 2 years. Shipped and installed in time and in a very reasonable price tag. I would definitely choose to buy from this local appliance store than other big names - too much hassle from those well-known company that mess around with the shipment and installation.

Our clothes dryer failed, and we quickly learned that the pandemic has made it more difficult to obtain major appliances. Our usual appliance store had essentially none that we would want. My son recommended A & D based upon their experience buying appliances for a new home. From the moment I called, I found A & D (and especially our sales guy, Mike) to be responsive, informative, and straightforward. They helped us learn what models they had in stock or had on order that met our criteria. Once we agreed on a model they had on order, we were kept apprised of the delivery schedule. Arranging for delivery, installation, and removal of the old unit was all quite simple, with a minimum of fuss. Everything happened exactly as scheduled. Their plumber (needed for the gas dryer installation) was excellent! He arrived when scheduled and was responsive when we asked for an adjustment in the hook-up. Our utility room was left in shipshape condition, the old dryer was removed, with no mess, no fuss. And the dryer itself (a Maytag) worked correctly right "out of the box." Altogether a very positive experience!

We were delighted to work with A&D to purchase a new refrigerator. Ours had a major problem and we needed a quick replacement. What we found from looking around was that there is a shortage of refrigs due to production downtime during COVID-19. Thanks to A&D, and our terrific salesman Mark, we were able to get a floor model of just the right dimensions. It's perfect. It was the easiest purchase we've made. Delivery and setup occurred as scheduled and were just as easy.We'll keep going back to A&D for all our appliance needs.

Great experience. We had a fixed $4K budget to get new appliances for the kitchen and walked out 30 minutes later with new fridge, dish washer, and great stove right on the nose of our budget. It was all delivered and installed just three days later. No pressure to spend more than we wanted to, and got some great appliances for the money.

We were going through a new house building process and Mark Manning helped us tremendously!! We changed our minds multiple times but he made sure we made the right decision. The folks at A & D Appliance Center in Medfield are fantastic. They were very helpful from the first time we walked into the store through delivery and set up of our new appliances. My husband and I were looking to purchase a new refrigerator. We went to A& D appliance. Mark was so patient and helpful with helping us pick out a refrigerator that would fit in our tight kitchen space.It was reassuring to speak with a knowledgeable salesperson who know all about the products they are selling and the opportunities to ask questions about the different brands.It was a busy time with deliveries after tax free weekend and Mark graciously offered to loan us a small dorm size refrigerator to help us out for the few days it would take before we could have it delivered. The delivery day went smoothly as scheduled with the 2 gentlemen who removed the old refrigerator and brought in our new one . A great overall experience.

We just had the best experience dealing with A & D. We did a major addition to our house which included a completely new kitchen and have always bought our appliances from A & D rather than the big box stores if possible. This job was no different except for the size of the order. Mark is a true professional and a great person to deal with. All timelines were met and we are thrilled. I have not met anyone who has had a bad experience with the team here and would highly recommend them to anyone. There is nothing like dealing with a small locally owned and operated business.

This was a great appliance purchase experience. The employees who answered the phone were extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine that my current model of dishwasher was not fixable, and found a great model in my price range all over the phone. The installation occurred the next day and was prompt and did the work quickly. We are very happy with the new dishwasher and the whole experience! Highly recommend!

We ordered a new range (dual fuel) and over the counter microwave from A and D. They beat the price of another local appliance store by about 300$ on the range and they also got us a deal on the microwave. The plumber they recommended was top notch. Overall we had a really great experience using A and D appliance. Very professional operation, they use great technicians and you can always reach a live person when you call the store.

Forget the big box stores...this family run business is a caring and genuine operation. The quality service, the team, and the products available is second to none. Don't be deceived about the size of the store...they pretty much have everything available. Truly a quality operation. I always go to A&D Appliance for all our kitchen needs. After 15 years, we needed to replace our dryer. We prefer to support local businesses and went directly to A&D. We received excellent service. Their sales team knows everything about all of the products offered, as well as discounts, rebates, etc. We purchased an Electrolux dryer. It was delivered in 5 business days at our convenience, installed, and they disposed of the old dryer. Any future appliance purchases will be made at A&D!
